  If I could I would give this a MINUS!!!! I have read the reviews and figured maybe some are exaggerating so I decided to give this property a chance and I have been to the properties around the area before coming here and the service the leasing office gives is horrible!!! I went in and yes I was greeted with a smile and the leasing consultant seemed friendly at first and I had a scheduled appointment for a tour, while I was waiting I stepped out to look around the property and I started to like what I was seeing but as we walked passed the building across from the leasing office and noticed how the hallway was poorly maintained, as we walked (VERY AWKWARD) towards the apartment I realized that there were tenants who would have stuff hanging off their balconies, there was teenage boys hanging out in front of the buildings which honestly didn't give me a safe feeling at all and when we were inside the apartment the neighbor next door played music very loud and the leasing consultant did absolutely nothing about it, she didn't even apologize about it or anything. I began to look around the apartment and didn't feel comfortable because she was hovering over me, the apartment is small as it is already and her hovering over me like the way she was didn't really let me get a feel of the apartment or give me a chance to feel comfortable enough to visualize myself living there. I am glad I took my business else where rather then to continue being somewhere where the residents does not seem to be a priority.
